1 Modern Solution Terms and Privacy By registering for an account at 1 Modern Solution you agree that you have read these terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them. Unless you received prior permission from 1 Modern Solution, you may only register for one 1 Modern Solution account. You may not promote 1 Modern Solution in a way that could be considered spamming, which is unsolicited emails. You may only promote your referral URL and/or other promotional material in other traffic exchanges or advertising programs that allow it and to members of your own opt in list. Promoting 1 Modern Solution in a way that could be considered or is reported as spamming will result in the removal of your 1 Modern Solution account and possible legal action. Users are completely responsible for the content they promote using 1 Modern Solution. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to promote a URL, and any content it contains. 1 Modern Solution is not responsible if a user is in violation of another legal agreement, copyright infringement, or any other issues. URL Rules Before submitting a URL to 1 Modern Solution, please read these rules very carefully and make sure your URL does not violate any of them. If you violate any of these rules, your site will be deleted along with any credits assigned to them. Your 1 Modern Solution account may also be deleted. *No sites with illegal activity. *No frame-breaking sites. *No viruses, trojans, or spyware. *No adult content. *Rotators may be promoted only if all sites or banners in rotation comply with these terms. *No HYIPs or "investment autosurfs". These are illegal in most countries, including the United States. *No PTP sites. *1 Modern Solution has the full right to delete any site that is inappropriate or questionable. If a site is reported or caught violating any of these terms, your account is automatically suspended. You must contact admin before your account is re-instated. Privacy Policies *1 Modern Solution protects your privacy by safeguarding your information. Our server is equipped with several security modifications and software to make sure that your info stays safe. Your account information is never openly shared with anyone, and we do not sell any information. Your username and first name may be visible at times on certain contest winning pages and pages you create to promote. First names are an important part of branding and are therefore shared in some instances. When you create your account at 1 Modern Solution you agree to receive emails about your account and site information. Some of these emails may contain third party promotional links. You will not be required to join or buy any other program to keep your 1 Modern Solution account current and active. These informational emails are imperative for your success at 1 Modern Solution. If you decide to unsubscribe using the link in the email, your account will be deleted and no further emails will be sent. At such time all commissions due and any credits or impressions accumulated will be forfeited. You may also receive emails from your 1 Modern Solution upline. This is an across the board feature, and all members can email their downline members. The amount of times per week is regulated by a script and is dependent on the memeber level. To unsubscribe from these emails, you must delete your account. Whats fair for one is fair for all, and these member emails are a great benefit for all. At no time will you receive more then 3 emails (CEO Members) a week from your upline. Your upline will not be able to see your email address when sending. As a member, if you feel your upline is promoting inappropriate material, simply create a ticket from your members area and send us the email. We will deal with the violating member personally. I had to think very hard about implementing member to member emails, but decided we were all adults here and could utilize the system so that we could all benefit.
